The Finance & HR department is responsible for finances and human resources of the organization. We ensure that Xelion is and remains a financially healthy company and that employees can do their jobs with a satisfied feeling.
Good management information and a nice working environment
Finance & HR consists of two employees who make an important contribution to the goals of the company with their good knowledge of the business. We are a support department and one of the ways we do this is by following developments in both fields and informing management about them and making proposals that help the organization.
It is nice to be able to make a major contribution to the development of our company as a department. After all, providing management with the right insights enables them to make good decisions. We also keep talking to management and employees about terms of employment and working conditions.
