Working in the Product Management department
The Product Management department sets the course for our product. This is where we decide which new developments or new features are needed to make a difference in the market. We do this in close cooperation with our partners and end customers; after all, they work with Xelion on a daily basis and know better than anyone else what the needs are.

You better shape up!
At Xelion, we work according to Shape-up. In cycles of 6 weeks, we work in parallel on different projects. Shape-up is an Agile way of working, just like Scrum, but the preliminary work has a higher level of abstraction. This ensures less administrative work and allows us to develop faster. During projects, colleagues from different disciplines work on the best realization of the project in collaboration with you as Product Manager.
Will you make the difference?
In this department you can give guidance to Xelion! To do this, you must be able to empathize with the needs of both the (SME) end customer and the reseller. This sometimes requires tough choices. Do you have what it takes?
