Technical user support
Our secondary support is focused on our partners and is available 24/7. All with the goal of a smooth and, for the end user, the smoothest possible resolution of a question or problem. We do not provide direct support to the users of our product, also known as first-line support. Our partners, the IT and telecom vendors, set up their clients' Xelion environment themselves, which is why they are the ones best able to help you. So Xelion does help, but in the background. Together with your vendor, we don't stop working until you're satisfied.
So for questions about your Xelion solution, please refer to your telecom or IT vendor.
