Xelion is privately owned, with no debts and no external investors. Why does this benefit our partners? It’s simple. We’re not beholden to anyone except our partners and end users. This is the foundation of everything that follows.
2. We are channel-exclusive
We sell through the channel only, with no exceptions. This means we’re never in competition with our partners. Instead, our interests are completely aligned. We’ll do everything in our power to help you win opportunities. We’ll even conduct demos for you. What’s good for our partners is good for us.
3. Training is free and ongoing
Some vendors monetise training. We don’t. All Xelion partners receive full technical training for free. It’s simply part of the package. We’ll also conduct regular webinars to demo new features and provide any ongoing support you need.
As far as we’re concerned, it’s best for us, you and your customers if you have the knowledge you need to deliver. That’s why we’re also on hand for advice whenever you need, whether it’s on configuration, networking, deployment plans or anything else.

Most communications vendors have highly complex licences, where additional features have additional costs and licence keys. 8. Xelion can integrate with anything
Xelion has an open API. What this means in plain English is that it can be integrated with other cloud services – including CRMs and Microsoft 365. You don’t need any development resources to make the most of this either. We have ready-made integrations with over 200 CRMs, as well as the Microsoft ecosystem.
