Xelion is launching the Integration Market Place to partners which offers ‘pre-packaged’ integration for the Xelion platform with a host of leading CRMs and other applications. This means partners no longer need to spend time, resources and expenditure programming interfaces between the Xelion hosted platform and their customers preferred apps.
The Integration Market Place will give Xelion partners the ability to deliver fast, assured and reliable integration with third-party applications.
Over 30 integration packs are available initially with 100 expected to be available by the year-end. Integration packs for applications available at launch include:
- Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
- Zen Desk
- Sugar CRM
- WinCar (Reynolds & Reynolds)
Partners requiring integration for less well-known niche applications will have access to a team of application software developers who can assist with bespoke integration packages to win orders, subject to terms and conditions.

We recognise that one of the biggest blocks to migrating customers to hosted is the need to integrate their back office functions with the hosted telephony solution.
