    Xelion Partners with NDG Technology

Xelion, the cloud telephony provider, has signed NDG Technology as a channel partner. NDG Technology will now offer the Xelion hosted telephony service to its direct customers and over 50 reseller partners. Based in Enderby, Leicestershire NDG Technology is one of the most exciting telecoms businesses, with a presence across the world including Europe and as far away as New Zealand.

Xelion offers an open platform architecture that NDG Technology and its channel partners can configure to their customers’ unique needs. Unlike rival hosted telephony platforms, there are no hidden extras or chargeable bolt-ons with all features, even call-recording included with Xelion, as standard. Because Xelion has an open architecture, a RESTful API allows third-party apps such as MS Exchange and Office 365 to be integrated seamlessly with the service.

For NDG Technology, Alex Bentley, Managing Director stated, “We are delighted to be partnering with Xelion to offer our customers and channel the Xelion hosted platform. For our customers Xelion means no more in-house telephone systems with long-term maintenance contracts. They only pay for extensions that they actually use. And by providing a hosted telephony platform that puts our channel resellers in the driving seat, Xelion allows us to offer a service tailored to customer needs, which they cannot find elsewhere.”

Commenting for Xelion, Dave Reynolds, UK Managing Director said, “NDG Technology is a dynamic and rapidly expanding provider of voice and data services. Their decision to partner with us for hosted telephony is a terrific endorsement of the Xelion hosted telephony platform. Xelion offers true Organised Communications bringing together voice, instant messaging, sms, wallboards and much more, to deliver single service for customers on any device.”
