Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years old, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. The Xelion application collects data when you download and register the app. When you register, you always provide your name, password and mobile phone number. The app may also automatically collect certain information.

Desktop Application 

Personal data we process  

The Xelion desktop application may collect data related to your use, the operating system, IP address and the browser you use. When you log in, we may collect data including the login username and company name. 

Why we need data 

Xelion processes your personal data for the following purposes: 

  • To provide access to the Xelion desktop app 
  • To provide access to usage and performance reports 
  • To improve the design and performance of our app on specific devices. 
Access, modify, or delete data  

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction, or deletion to privacy@xelion.com. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and National Insurance number for privacy protection. Xelion will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. 

Security 

Xelion takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or if there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via privacy@xelion.com.
